Going for a ride in the forest always puts Conner to sleep!
Daddy and Makayla climbed up the steep stairs at Buck Mountain lookout (where the forest service keeps an eye out for fires). Mommy got about half way up and Olga had to help her back down. Way too high!

Sunday evening (after everyone else had already left), we were hit by a huge storm! So, we had to pass some time hanging out in the trailer playing cards and coloring. It was actually kind of nice! The kids loved looking out and watching the rain!
One last fire before we had to go back to the heat!
We absolutely love to go camping! It is so nice to get out of the heat and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It is so wonderful to see the kids have such a great time. Thanks De La Torre's for another fun weekend! You guys are awesome!
Corey went back up this weekend just to move the trailer (you can only leave it in the same spot for 14 days). We figured it is better than hauling it back and forth almost every weekend. We will be going back up again next weekend!
